Refund policy

All sales are final, except for work that arrives damaged or broken.

• Within 10 days of receiving your order, email olivia@oliviablainfa.com with photos of the packaging and the artwork.
• Returns are not accepted without prior approval.
• Approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

The 50% commission deposit is non-refundable.
