Terms of service

All artwork, including commissioned work, remains the copyright of Olivia Blain. Purchase transfers ownership of the physical artwork only and does not transfer reproduction rights.

Completed work may be photographed and used for promotional purposes. Permission is requested first for pieces intended as a gift or a memorial.

Commissions are painted from photographs of a single subject taken in a single session. Composite images are not accepted. Clients supplying their own photographs confirm they hold the rights to them.

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Original artwork is one of a kind and is sold as a single piece.
